Hello, I am Aisling Nestor and I’ve got your back. I can say that as that is how I have been known throughout my career no matter who you were or where I worked. I had your back.

At the age of 6 years old I had a love and joy for playing the piano and dancing that made my body feel alive and I have never lost this. I gave that my all and it has never stopped.

I have a background in Mental Health Nursing – one of the most challenging area’s of nursing that anyone can go into. And I gave it my all for the entire time that I worked there. I was known for being reliable, you could count on me- I had your back. I was an advocate. No matter who you were, if you needed support I was there. I was a great communicator and I learnt how to deal with conflict.

I work with Business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders and executives who are open and vulnerable, which is a gift and has a dark side to as you can be manipulated as people see too deeply into you.

I work with people who thrive on a challenge and the problem with thriving on a challenge is that sometimes it can feel like a drug that you can never quite get enough off.

I work with people who spend a lot of time trying to avoid conflict. I teach them, not to embrace conflict, bur how to be in conflict, and how to be so grounded and solid that people know they can trust you because you have their back.
